When you register an account on 345wen, when you make a deposit, when you place a bet or enter any game, you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Use of 345wen is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older at the time of registration.
345wen takes under-age gambling very seriously. We employ age-verification procedures during and after registration, and we reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, your account will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on 345wen. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and any additional information requested during the verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
Your 345wen account balance is yours — we will not allow it to be accessed by anyone else. If you lose access to your account for any reason, our support team can verify your identity and restore access. Never share your login details.
345wen accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on our end for deposits made in PKR.
345wen does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may charge their own fees — please check with them separately. All payment data is encrypted and processed through secure integrations. 345wen does not store your Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash credentials or card numbers.
You may request a withdrawal of any positive balance in your 345wen account at any time, subject to the conditions below. 345wen aims to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen minutes for mobile wallet transfers. In some cases, additional verification may delay processing.
345wen does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control — please check with them directly. Your net winnings arrive exactly as shown in your account balance.
345wen offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, tournament prize pools and leaderboard rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, plus these general bonus terms.
345wen operates all games using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. This certification applies to all casino games, card games (Poker, Teen Patti), Ludo dice rolls, fishing game mechanics and any other outcome-determining processes on the platform.
Each game on 345wen has specific rules. These are displayed in-game before play begins. By entering any game, you confirm that you understand the rules that apply to that game. 345wen will not be responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
The 345wen RNG certification is renewed on a regular basis. If you ever have a concern about the fairness of a specific outcome, you can access your full game history in your account and contact support for a review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345wen. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
345wen reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable laws. In cases of suspected fraud, collusion or money laundering, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation.
If your account is suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance on the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material violation, balances may be forfeited. If no violation is found, your balance will be released in full.
You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 24 hours. Any balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method after a standard review.
345wen is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a full suite of responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings. These include deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, self-exclusion (temporary or permanent) and cooling-off periods.

In summary: we collect only the data we need to operate your account, process payments and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing companies. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit and at rest. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345wen's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's 345wen account at the time the relevant claim arises. 345wen is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, emotional distress, loss of reputation or any other indirect harm.
345wen is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, power outages or any other technical issue outside the platform's direct control. In cases where a technical issue on the 345wen platform itself causes a verifiable loss, we will investigate and compensate affected players on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights or any rights you have under applicable Pakistani law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
345wen may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as the platform evolves, regulations change or we identify areas where greater clarity is needed. When we make material changes — changes that affect your rights or obligations — we will notify you at least seven days in advance via email and via an in-app notification when you next log in.
For non-material changes (such as corrections of typos, restructuring of sections for clarity or minor formatting updates), we may update the Terms without advance notice, but the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you should close your account before the change takes effect. Continued use of 345wen after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
